please check the info on https://developer.lufthansa.com/docs/read/API_basics
Following the instructions will allow you to retrieve the access token.
On a note, currently the access to this specific API is restricted and not open to public users. Kindly explore other public Apis allowed via https://developer.lufthansa.com.
