Digital Identity use cases span the customer journey from shopping to service delivery and include Organizational Digital Identity (ODI).
ODI brings benefits on its own in B2B use cases and lays the foundation of the airline industry trust framework for customers digital identity. The implementation of these use cases is supported by various IATA programs such as OneID, Modern Airline Retailing and Identity Management in Distribution.
Giving visibility to the solutions available to implement such ecosystems is key to ease and accelerate industry adoption of digital identity.
